The neighborhood is usually very quiet. The property is situated next to and across from great neighbors who have lived in the neighborhood for many years. The house is within walking distance (less than 1 block) to a beautiful park (great for kids, dog walking, or just to enjoy some green space in West Texas). This is a huge park, but also has swimming facilities during the summer and a new playground for the kids! If you need a family-friendly location, this one is it! Additionally, they have a fenced-in dog park so this property is the perfect spot for dog owners! There is easy access to everything in Lubbock especially TTU, downtown LBK for nightlife and entertainment, and central LBK favorites like the mall and surrounding restaurants. South Loop 289 is close for easy access to all areas within LBK. Additionally, this property is an approximately 8-minute drive to University Medical Center (UMC), Texas Tech University (TTU), Covenant Hospital, and other clinics around Covenant Hospital. We DO NOT provide refunds based on your thoughts that the neighborhood or area is "bad". Before booking, the area is provided to you. If, despite our great star rating, you are concerned that this listing, or any listing, might be located in a "bad" area, you should consult the Lubbock interactive crime map online at the City of Lubbock Police Department website.

Guest Access

As my guest, you have access to all areas of the home! Please note that the backyard is shared - please be mindful of guests in Unit A that may also have pets. You should not leave your pet(s) unattended at any time. Thank you.

The house has beautiful luxury vinyl plank floors in all areas of the home. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do during your stay. This home has been completely renovated from the flooring to the bathrooms! Additionally, a new HVAC system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. AMENITIES: bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner are all on hand for your use as well as all the other usual amenities you would anticipate having in a hotel. A Washer/Dryer (powdered laundry detergent is available). ⋇Free WiFi internet, Netflix & Amazon Prime (all TVs), Antenna with basic channels (living area), microwave, and a drip pot coffee maker is supplied with coffee. Additionally, various teas, sugar, and powdered creamer are provided when available!

Bus stops are within walking distance, although Uber or Lyft would be your best option if you are planning on public transportation. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway and additional parking may be found on the street. **Please be sure to park with the flow of traffic as Lubbock code enforcement does patrol heavily to ensure vehicles are correctly parked on city streets.
