The neighborhood is usually very quiet and has easy access to South Loop-289 and Interstate 27. This is a neighborhood with families, so please be aware that some of the neighbors may have children playing outside at their property at some point during your stay if the weather is nice. There is easy access to everything in Lubbock, especially Texas Tech University, downtown Lubbock for nightlife and entertainment, and central Lubbock favorites like the mall and surrounding restaurants. South Loop 289 is also close for quick and easy access to all areas within Lubbock! Additionally, this property is an approximately 10-minute drive to University Medical Center (UMC), Texas Tech University (TTU), Covenant Hospital, and other clinics around Covenant Hospital. We DO NOT provide refunds based on your thoughts that the neighborhood or area is "bad." Before booking, the area is provided to you. The house is a very comfortable and spacious 1,550 square foot three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that has recently been updated on the exterior with fresh paint, stain to the front fence, and in the interior with beautiful wood plank tile floors in all common areas of the home and plush carpets in all the bedrooms. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with newer appliances, a microwave, and a drip coffee maker stocked with coffee. Various teas, sugar, spices, and powdered creamer are also provided when available. AMENITIES: Bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and other minor essentials are provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests. PARKING: Available in the driveway on the side of the house by the garage or on the street. WASHER/DRYER: Available for your use with detergent provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests. WIFI: Fast and free for your convenience. I would 100% recommend. Had everything we needed and more! We have stayed at another one of K.T.’s airbnbs and he is always helpful and quick to respond. Any of K.T.’s properties are an affordable and safe choice. We will absolutely be back.

Bus stops are within walking distance, although Uber or Lyft would be your best option if you plan on using public transportation. There are two spaces in the driveway for parking (side of the house). Additional parking is in front of the house on the street. Additional things to note: **Please be aware that we do not allow access to the garage as we use the garage for storage and do not have space to accommodate vehicles. **Please be sure to park with the flow of traffic as Lubbock code enforcement patrols heavily to ensure vehicles are correctly parked on city streets.
