The neighborhood is usually very quiet and within walking distance to a beautiful park (great for kids, dog walking, or to enjoy some green space in West Texas). This is a neighborhood with families, so please be aware that some of the neighbors may have children playing outside at their property at some point during your stay if the weather is nice. There is easy access to everything in Lubbock, especially Texas Tech University, downtown Lubbock for nightlife and entertainment, and central Lubbock favorites like the mall and surrounding restaurants. South Loop 289 is also close for quick and easy access to all areas within Lubbock! We DO NOT provide refunds based on your thoughts that the neighborhood or area is "bad." Before booking, the area is provided to you. If, despite our excellent star rating, you are concerned that this listing, or any listing, might be located in a "bad" area, you should consult the Lubbock interactive crime map online at the City of Lubbock Police Department website.

Guest Access

GARAGE: The garage is being used by the owner for storage and is not included as part of your stay. NO KEYS, NO HASSLE: The home features a Smart Lock for hassle-free check-in and check-out. On your stay's start date, you'll receive a guest code to unlock the front door. IMPORTANT: The fireplace is not available for use.

The house is a very comfortable and spacious 1,280 square foot three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with plush carpet in bedrooms and vinyl floors in all common areas and bathrooms. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with newer appliances, a microwave, and a drip coffee maker stocked with coffee. Various teas, sugar, spices, and powdered creamer are also provided when available. AMENITIES: Bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and other minor essentials are provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests. PARKING: Available on the street in front of the house or on the side of the house. WASHER/DRYER: Available for your use with detergent provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests. WIFI: Fast and free for your convenience. TVs: Smart TVs with access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and more. Other Details to Note

CHECKOUT: Guests are responsible for taking out their trash, collecting and starting the towels in the washer, and washing/putting away used dishes. Please feel free to bring disposable paper goods if you prefer. If you are unwilling to complete checkout tasks, please do not book our property. Bus stops are within walking distance, although Uber or Lyft would be your best option if you plan on using public transportation. There is one space in the driveway for parking. Additional parking is in the front of or on the side of the house. Additional things to note: **Please be sure to park with the flow of traffic as Lubbock code enforcement patrols heavily to ensure vehicles are correctly parked on city streets.
